Time for an upgrade

So the printers I already own are getting a little bit temperamental and upset with their constant use. Time to get a new printer. I have used Prusa MK3S+ printers before and found them very reliable. So I ordered one and put it together when it arrived. Its worked perfectly straight out of the box. I will be getting another one. The only improvements I have made is I designed a set of lights to go across the top beam to illuminate the print bed. This has proved to be very useful. Nothing more than a couple of 3d printed housings that fit on the tops of the support rails. Then a length of white led strip in an off-cut of aluminium housing spans across. Simple rocker switch on the top and powered from the Prusa PSU. |
