A robot wife with morals disable feature.
OK, that one is a lie.
This one I have already done small scale (it's in my projects list), but I would like to do a full screen accurate version of the PASIV case from Inception.
Below is the self destruct system from the USCSS Nostromo. The commercial towing vessel from the film Alien.
This would make a fantastic alarm system and I have a wealth of features I could add to it.
Again, I have it all drawn out. I just need to get the time to build, program and assemble it.
Now this is a big one.
I have planned out a full space simulator. Yes, I want to fly around the universe in my own spacecraft.
I would use the fantastic software Space Engine as the basis for the simulator.
There are a few issues I would have to over-come, such as how to simulate the stars passing the cockpit windows (all the space simulation software is based on a forward view).
But, where there is a will, there is a way.
Ideally, I would build this in a full sized cockpit that two people can actually sit inside.
I would give it motion and rumbler effect motors (to simulate vibration).
This would be a big build.
Ed209. The rogue enforcement droid from Robocop.
Has to be one of the coolest voices from a movie, and ideal for my custom truck car alarm.
I would have to design some kind of 360 degree detection system for the pickup truck.
Then, if anyone approaches, they get a disgracefully loud earful of Ed at his best.
Thanks to Vanishin for this great artwork
Oblivion. Great movie.
I have worked out a way to make my own flying drone.
This is high on my build list, as I think this could be an amazing and challenging undertaking.
So all I need now is a bigger workshop, some cash, a pile of spare time and a medium skinny latte.
So there are a few of the ideas tumbling around my head.
I have others, scribbled on various notepads lying around.
An idea usually appears shortly after watching a movie to be honest.
I watch something and think.... 'I could build one of those'.
And there is always something I can do to this....
